Opportunities to make an impact, move forward positive conversations around diversity & inclusion in tech, and support people less privileged than myself excite me the most. This has typically influenced the projects and speaking engagements I decide to to take on including founding CollegeZen and creating URx, a community for recruiters and talent developers passionate about building a diverse and inclusive workforce for everyone.
